Heartland Mid Cap Value Fund Portfolio Manager Colin McWeyMilwaukeeMarch 11, 2021—Heartland Advisors Inc. is proud to announce the Heartland Mid Cap Value Fund – Institutional Class has been recognized as a Refinitiv Lipper Fund Awards United States 2021 Winner in the Mid-Cap Value category for exceptional risk-adjusted returns over the 5-year period ending December 31, 2020.

The Heartland Mid Cap Value Fund is co-managed by Colin McWey, CFA, Will Nasgovitz, and Troy McGlone, CFA, using Heartland’s 10 Principles of Value Investing™ that serves as the foundation for managing each of the boutique’s three value-focused funds.
