Michael P. Ebeling, CFA, is a Research Analyst. He applies fundamental research and Heartland’s 10 Principles of Value Investing™ to evaluate stocks for Heartland’s portfolios.
Ebeling began at Heartland in 2015, but his financial career started in 2004 when he was an advisor at UBS Financial Services. He became a Portfolio Accountant at Janus Capital Management for two years in 2007, and moved into equity research focused on utilities at UBS Investment Bank in 2010.
Immediately before joining Heartland, he was a Research Analyst at Victory Capital Management, a multi-boutique asset management firm in Ohio.
